Great for travelling workers Positive: Second time we've stayed at Central Evans, and both times have been brilliant. Easy access with the one-time door code, a modern, clean and comfy unit - ceiling fans in the bedrooms (unit 1) is a real bonus! Great communication from the hosts.

Lovely two bedroom apartment, comfortable and well appointed. Positive: This was a lovely two bedroom apartment which had a good kitchen/lounge area, with a large TV, and an adequate little dining table. Comfortable beds and bedding, within the two compact bedrooms. This was a neat and tidy little unit which had everything we needed for our stay. The inclusion of a washer/dryer was a welcome bonus. Would definitely stay again. Negative: The unit we stayed in had bins right near the front entrance which were smelly and might be better around the side. Also, the additional bins and utility area when looking out from the main bedroom glass sliding doors. This area might benefit from putting up a screen to make it more enticing to open this door.

This apartment was perfect for my stay and had everything that I needed would highly recommend. Positive: I absolutely loved my stay here, we had everything that we needed and more. Negative: The only feedback I have is that I couldn’t check id the door was locked from the inside, only from the outside.

Positive: Everything was so clean and felt so homey but also a getaway at the same time ! The owners were so helpful and hands on with the property and helped with anything we needed. Negative: Nothing, it was perfect for what we needed as a family of 3 !
